user OTP is not accessible to the user

Bug Description:

when a user enters his/ her contact no. and tap on GET OTP the screen reader didn't announce anything related to the OTP. The user has to navigate where to enter the top by tabbing again to the placeholder.

Screen Shot:

user not able to know where to enter the otp they have to tab to reach the placeholder.
