Let’s get Testing! Test websites and mobile apps in your region providing Covid-19 information and identify accessibility barriers.

Instructions:

Though we have kept the form fairly simple, just some housekeeping.

1. If you are testing:
   1. A website - please provide the URL – we will derive the domain name automatically. Remember to put the full URL starting with http.
   2. Mobile App – Please give the Screen Name and the Mobile App name.
2. Screenshot – Screenshots can be .jpg, jpeg, png. Also remember to provide the image description.
3. Contributor Name & Email id – Do share your information, so we can recognize your contribution, We will also be recognizing Top Contributors! Don’t worry, we won’t share your email information on the website.
