Bookmark link does not work
Bug Description:
The bookmark links such as "COVID-19 Dashboard", "COVID-19 Statewise Vaccine Status", "For Information on COVID-19 Vaccine", etc. present under "LATEST NOTIFICATIONS" section are not working for keyboard users. On clicking the links the focus does not move to respective section.
