Cowin result date navigation links have outline set to zero

Bug Description:

When a user searches for vaccine availability slots on Cowin, the result has previous and next date range navigation buttons. These do not get focused when tabbing through the keyboard and hence a user will never understand whether they reached that button or not.

Screen Shot:

The anchor tag for navigation buttons between dates has outline set to 0. Hence they are not focused while accessing from keyboard
