University Of Calcutta's page violates Focus Visible

Bug Description:

When you navigate to https://www.caluniv.ac.in/ and tab through you will not find the keyboard indicator around the element the focus is on .This violates WCAG 2.1's Focus Visible criteria . Keyboard users are largely impacted due to this defect.

From my keyboard the focus was on About The University however the keyboard focus indicator was not explicitly visible around the component
