Bug Description:

The tables available under "COVID-19 Statewise Vaccine" and "COVID-19 Statewise Status" does not have a row header defined. This would make a screen reader user difficult to understand the information from the table.

Screen Shot:

Table available under COVID-19 Statewise Status displaying information about different states, cases along with their bifurcation on how it's affecting like active, discharged and so on.
