Bug Description:

1. Using macOS VoiceOver+Safari, open https://covid19.ca.gov/vaccines/ 2. Select the Hamburger Menu button to expand the menu 3. Press Tab key through the menu items and after the Close button 4. Note the invisible elements that are focused and announced outside of the menu
