Bug Description:

Increase contrast of the white text over the color block areas to allow low vision users the same access: • Blue #00acd7 with White #ffffff text has a contrast ratio of 2.66:1 but should have a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 • Green #30B32D with White #ffffff text has a contrast ratio of 2.75:1 but should have a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 • Green #2da74a with White #ffffff text has a contrast ratio of 3.11:1 but should have a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1
