Bug Description:
We focused in how states in the US present COVID data to the public. In this state, Oregon, 4 sections of data were provided as a tabbed UI element that are build with generic
tags. When user tabs to select any of these tabs/buttons there is not visible or programmatic focus. AT user are then limited to 1/4 of the information presented on the 1st tab.
