Empty "alt" attribute specified for image links

Bug Description:

The empty "alt" attribute is provided for "We salute healthcare heros...", "Share vaccination photos...", "Inviting blogs for mygov...", etc. image links in "Activity" section. As a result, the purpose of the image links is not clear for screen reader users. In the absence of the alternate text, screen reader reads the file path of the image links. Code Snippet:
