Tab functionality unclear

Bug Description:

On the FAQ page, "Registration", "Scheduling Appointment" etc. are coded as tabs and on activating any tab state of the respective button changes from expanded to collapsed and vice versa. The state is not identified for users of screen readers. Users don't know what is happening on the page.
