Interactive elements are inaccessible by keyboard users

Bug Description:

The interactive elements on this dashboard, like state, district dropdown are inaccessible by keyboard users because there is no focus on them. So the user will never understand whether they reached that component or not. The reason is that the css has outline set to none.
